We invite you to an event accompanying the conference “Sensitive Legacy in University Collections: Between Adaptation and Restitution”. In a pre-conference panel discussion, we will talk with representatives of academia and museums about the sensitive heritage of Wrocław in exhibitions – in the context of their creation and communication – and projects at the intersection of art-science-activism.

The discussion will be led by prof. Renata Tańczuk from the Institute of Cultural Studies, University of Wrocław, and the panel will include Dr. Jacek Małczyński (Institute of Cultural Studies, University of Wrocław, creator of the "Colonial Atlas of Wrocław" project), Dr. Anna Kurpiel (Department of Social and Economic Sciences, W. Brandt Center for German and European Studies, University of Wrocław, co-curator of the "Rzeczy przysposobione" exhibition), Dr. Jędrzej Siuta (Department of Forensic Medicine, University of Wrocław, curator of the Museum of Forensic Medicine), and mgr Michał Stefański (Institute of Cultural Studies, University of Wrocław, researcher of the collection of slides and photographs by Hermann Klaatsch).
